Ok, so before quarantine I was doing pretty well with workouts. Self motivated and excited to implement a new workout regiment. This was end of February.
March wasn't too bad either. We stayed consistent with the workout. But as the news of quarantine became more real..
Then my belly grew. This was when we were housesitting.
And as the days added on so did the pounds. I'm not ashamed of my belly. But I am concerned that I am getting too comfortable eating as much as I am- definitely for comfort that's for sure.
Today I decided after spending the afternoon with someone yesterday whom I greatly admire, and reminded me of the sure fire Nike workout app, I decided to open again. This next photo is of this morning after my workout. We've got a long way to go! I plan to share my progress as we go on with or without quarantine.
